Yechezkel Madanes (Hezi), the developer of EnneaRoles, is a pioneer in the field of personality assessments, particularly in their application for selection and development. He trains senior executives at global companies and serves as Director of Coaching at the Adizes Institute in California, and holds the position of Director of Research at the International Association of Coaching. He has collaborated directly with Ichak Adizes, Tony Robbins, and Cloe Madanes, and is the author and contributor of more than ten books on Enneagram-based coaching and management, translated into eleven languages.

How the Certification Works
Once we receive your payment and registration form:

You will receive an email with your personal access key to the Madanes online campus.

You will receive another email with a link to take your EnneaRoles & Six Human Needs assessment, plus a link to schedule your individual debrief session with our faculty, where you will receive your personal EnneaRoles & 6HN report.
Program structure:

All modules are available 24/7 and can be taken at your convenience.

After watching each module, you complete a short quiz.

A new module will unlock for you every week.

The full program runs for 8 weeks, with a total study time of 21 hours.
Licenses included during the program:

In the final weeks, you will receive two licenses (i.e., two codes for people of your choice to take the assessment).

One license is for practice: you will schedule a mentoring session with our faculty to receive tips that will help you prepare for your final exam.

The second license is for your final exam: you must record a feedback session using EnneaRoles with a person who takes the assessment, demonstrating the skills you learned in the program.

Graduation:

Upon passing your exam, you graduate as an EnneaRoles Certified Practitioner, with specialization in Six Human Needs Mapping.

You then gain access to the Practitioner Platform, where you can start managing clients and projects. (Your account will already include the 3 complimentary licenses provided with the program.)
